How do I get Apple to pay attention to my Apple Care issue?

I have Apple Care+ for my Apple Series 6 watch. I left watch at the local Apple store on July 20, 2025 to have the battery checked. They sent it to the repair center, who sent me and email two days later, July 22, 2025, stating the watch would be replaced. I have had no further information, I have gone to the store and called them, contacted 1-800-My-Apple.

Nothing other than the replacement is on order and I will be notified when it is available.

It has been two weeks, I fail to see how this meets the Apple Care+ promises of an "express replacement"

I requested when I spoke with 1-800-My-Apple.
