It’s highly unlikely that the issues you are having on your iPhone relate to a virus. iPhones are not susceptible to viruses. If you let us know the issues you are having instead of jump to that conclusion we can try to help solve them.

That all reeks of bad hardware.
Could be a failing battery, or could be some other hardware issue.
Between the charging problems and the problems registering touch input and related issues, I’d wonder if the battery has failed, and is swelling.

You’re probably using the modern definition of “virus”, which is that “something has changed, and I don’t understand what happened.”
While malware does exist for iPhone, based on available evidence that malware is rare, targeted, and exceedingly expensive. Senior in government or private, with access to sensitive or classified data, with access to great wealth, associated with defense or military, investigative journalist, political dissident, or having deeply peeved somebody immensely rich, and you might have a malware concern. The rest of us, not so much.
So… What sort of issues or oddities are you encountering here that cause you to believe you have malware?
There are various pop-up advertisements making bogus claims too, and various email and text message spam and phishing campaigns making (false) claims about malware scans, about bogus purchases, claims of having compromised your security and with compromising photos, among (many),other scams.
Depending on what you’re encountering, some reading: Virus Warning! What to do! - Apple Community
You will need to provide the information and screenshots that concern you for any helpful assistance. We can only assume you are not a high ranking government official with state secrets where an adversary government is not spending up to $1 million dollars to hack your device. In these types of cases, you would also have to expect you are under physical surveillance as well and that is not likely. Even under those cases, Apple is able to notify you of that potential:

With that said, let us know what is going on and it is not likely you have a virus of any kind. Maybe we can help ease your concerns or offer an explanation/resolution to an issue you are having.
There is no virus to get rid of.

You don't have one, so there is nothing that you need to get rid of.
If you are experiencing some kind of problem, you would need to explain what that is. Any account can be compromised with the Password, and changing the Password would prevent further access. In most cases Passwords are gained through phishing messages when you think you are communicating with a legitimate source.
Have you changed your Battery yet? It would be highly unusual for a battery on an iPhone 11 to be operating sufficiently that is still original. And Mr Hoffman is correct, that ignoring the replacement for too long can lead to swelling that may have a temporary or permanent effect on touch events not registering correctly.
Not sure how any of the events you described would lead you to believe that a virus is the cause to those issues.
Those can all be attributed to a failing battery. If you go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health and Charging, what percent is shown?
Keep the iPhone updated to the latest iOS always and never Jailbreak. That's it.
iOS / iPadOS devices cannot be infected with Viruses / Malware / Spyware *** unless you have intentionally downloaded spurious software or unauthorized apps directly from the internet and installed them on your device or/and have Jailbroken.
It (Hacking) also depends on how careful you are in sharing sensitive and valuable information pertaining to your iPhone such as Passcode, Password, etc with your friends and family members.
Be judicious when sharing the device's sensitive and valuable information with friends and family members.

**The primary reason for this is Sandboxing. All third-party apps are “sandboxed”, so they are restricted from accessing files stored by other apps or from making changes to the device. Sandboxing is designed to prevent apps from gathering or modifying information stored by other apps.
Security of runtime process in iOS and iPadOS - Apple Support

The sandbox on an iPhone is a security feature that creates a restricted environment for each app to run in isolation from other apps and the operating system. It is a core component of iOS's security architecture and plays a crucial role in making iPhones more secure.

If you also have what looks to be a failing battery as is discussed in this thread, get your iPhone reviewed and potentially serviced.
If this is not a failing battery, please start your own thread, with your own iPhone details, as mixed threads tend to get confusing for all involved. You will want to include details of whatever you are encountering here, as well.
My iphone11 problems:
the volume goes down by itself.
When answering a telephone call, I have to say hello multiple times before the person on the other end can hear me. Even though I can hear them just fine.
It doesn’t hold a charge more than maximum 4 hours.
i have trouble charging it because it doesn’t recognize that it’s plugged in. (No, it’s not my cord. It works fine on other phones.)
it frequently drops calls.
Frequently the caller cannot hear me or I’m breaking up on them.
I’ll have a page up on my screen and suddenly it will just disappear or return to a previous page. And I have to go back in again from the beginning.
Frequently I’ll click on something and it doesn’t accept that I’m clicking on it. For instance, if I have a next symbol and I click on next, it doesn’t go anywhere. I have to keep clicking and clicking, or it will go to the wrong page that has nothing to do with what I was on.
There’s more but I think that’s enough for now.
Long gone (like at least 20 years) are the days of malware that only did annoying things so some brat could say, "I made that one." Most malware now has only one purpose; to steal someone else's money. And making it obvious you've been infected is the very last thing they would want to do since it would tip the victim off that someone else has access to your device.
“something has changed, and I don’t understand what happened.”
That is an excellent way to put it. 🙂
