Slow streaming speeds on Apple TV despite fast internet connection

I have been trouble with streaming any apps lately. Software is up to date, i have done all the trouble shooting they suggest such as restarting modem, router and Apple TV. My internet speed is 1000mbps. I am getting about 900mbps on my phone and tablet, but only getting about 5mbps on my Apple TV. If i do get anything to stream, it lags and buffers every 2 min.

So what does the SpeedTest app say is the download speed exactly?

Can you take a picture?

Is the Apple TV connected to the correct Wi-Fi network?

Is it using 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz?

What is your router configured for? Ac? Ax?

Haver you tested the Apple TV with a different Wi-Fi network in a different location?

How are you testing the speed on the Apple TV?

Have you downloaded the Speediest app on the Apple TV?

How is the Apple TV connected to the router? Wi-Fi or wired?

Does this happen with all apps or only a particular app?

Hi, i do have the speediest app, thats how i measure the speed.

Apple TV is connected via WiFi. All software up to date and the router/ modem within 10 ft with no obstruction.

i find it happens on all apps of streaming.
