How can I recover my Telegram stars after an in-app purchase error?

Hello All,

so what happened is i purchased telegram stars often, but recently when i purchased it, the transaction was made on my account but few seconds later i got a pop-up from apple showing something like " this in-app purchase was already purchased, it will be restored" then.

• stars were removed from my telegram account

i waited a while, and tried again, same issue. i went and reported for a refund. which was denied, and then i requested a review, the automated system denied that as well.

contacting telegram is impossible and they never reply. i'm not requesting a refund here, instead just to receive my in-app purchase.

1.Apple successfully charged my card.

2.Then iOS flagged the transaction as previously purchased (restored), likely due to a bug or failed receipt validation.

3.Telegram removed the stars from your account as a result, probably due to invalidated receipt status.

4.Apple then refused to issue a refund, claiming you're not eligible, and closed the case.

and now i'm in a limbo.what can i do?
