I am not getting option to create a review on Apple Podcasts

Since I’m not familiar with the web interface, I tried to recreate your experience using safari on my iPad. Navigating to ‘podcasts.apple.com’, I’m prompted to open within the Podcast app. When I decline, I’m left with a blank safari page. It doesn’t continue to route me to the web interface.

The fact that I can’t seem to access it from an apple device makes me think the website interface might actually be designed to limit accessibility to some features. I’m not sure how to troubleshoot further.

My best suggestions for you at this point:

1. Use the podcasts app to leave reviews, if you have access to it.
2. You can use Feedback - Apple.com Website - Apple to report this accessibility issue with Apple. From the dropdown menu, select Website Issues, then fill out the form.
3. If you are limited to a website interface, a different service like spotify might allow you to both listen and leave reviews.

I think this is unfortunately the case. I was finally able to access podcasts.apple.com myself, so I can confirm that I am not able to rate Podcasts there either.

There’s a link at the bottom of the podcast website where you can fill out a form and provide feedback – I would encourage you to make the suggestion to add this feature directly to Apple.
