Active paid ChatGPT subscription inaccessible

Suddenly my active ChatGPT plus subscription that was activated through Apple Store payment on my Apple Card suddenly turned to free version. Even when I log into OpenAI website on any device it shows free version. My subscription was active with payment receipts ! Did I lose my projects? And memory?

I signed out and in on my devices but no luck!
