Previously purchased and downloaded apps are asking for purchase again

I hope everyone is doing great.

I previously have purchased many apps. But many of these apps were not installed on my phone. I sometimes did install but later deleted due to memory on my phone.

However for the last 5-7 days. All these apps are asking me to purchase again. In fact, even free apps I downloaded are showing the “Get” button instead of “Download icon”

im using the same apple account as I had when I purchased them. In fact, I have another phone “iPhone X” that is using the same Apple ID and I can see all these purchased apps in the History and can download them. It is this iPhone 14 Pro I’m using that is having this issue.

Also, these apps are not under hidden option as some other threads have suggested.

Can anyone pls help how to fix this.
