Recommended Pipeline for 3D Models and Animations on Vision Pro

I've been experimenting and building different things with Vision Pro, and I could use some tips.

Designers all seem to have their own preferred platforms for creating 3D objects, adding animations, and working with lighting. But when I try to bring those assets into Vision Pro, it’s a real challenge—many things just don’t work as expected. Sometimes textures are missing, or certain elements don’t load properly at all.

So I want to flip the question around:

What tools or workflows work best for importing and using 3D models smoothly on Vision Pro?

Should I build everything directly in Blender, set everything up there, and then export to USDZ for Vision Pro? Even then, some features from Blender don’t seem to carry over properly.

Does anyone have tips or a recommended pipeline for making sure 3D models and their animations look and work well in Vision Pro? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
