Unable to send messages using Shortcuts to WhatsApp

I’m unable to send messages using Shortcuts to WhatsApp — it suddenly stopped working. I’ve already tried all the troubleshooting steps, including offloading and reinstalling both Shortcuts and WhatsApp, updating to the latest iOS version (18.6) and the latest WhatsApp version. I’ve also tested using both contact names and phone numbers, but the issue still persists.

Does your iPhone 12 still have its original battery?

And what's the Maximum Capacity % here?...

Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging

Thank you for getting back to me.

Yes, I purchased the iPhone on October 29, 2021. It still has the original battery, and the current maximum capacity is 82%.

VinodKumarLohar ~ That's good info. So almost 4 years old — which is when a battery degrades and requires frequent charging..Perhaps that's why your screenshots indicate Low Power Mode.

Also, 82% Max Capacity is close to Apple's suggested level of 80% to have the battery replaced. So have the weak, aging battery replaced and see if that solves the Shortcuts issue. At least you won't then need to be in permanent Low Power Mode...

I’ve been waiting for your response, sir. I’ve even tried using Shortcuts to send messages via Instagram, Telegram, and Facebook Messenger, but none of the connectors are working.

Same here. I saw a comment in reddit that it is due to recent changes in meta policies.
