Confusing the Notes app using degree symbol (angles vs temperature)

I was solving for a triangle using sin and cos when suddenly I accidentally added a solve for 'c', which then automatically associated all angles as using temperature degrees and not angle degrees.

45° automatically becomes the wrong unit (temperature) and the whole note is broken. I tried restarting notes app and did nothing

I just want to cos(10°) and I can't lol and too stubborn to go to look for another app.

If anyone has another app that does this sort of magic please let me know
