Hello. I have a problem with an Apple TV device. There is an audio delay of about 150 ms when playing video content. I have tried various methods to fix this problem but I have not been able to. Please help me. Thank you!

It is recommended that you set the Apple TV to use “TV Speakers” (=audio over HDMI), and also set the TV to use the AVR for any sound output.
A direct selection of the AVR on Apple TV as audio output, would use Bluetooth or AirPlay instead of HDMI, at lesser quality and possibly introducing a delay. Could that be it?
If you already have that recommended setting, then I am at a loss about what could be causing this issue. Then I would suggest to contact an expert from the Apple Support staff for further assistance. The Apple TV box would keep video and audio in sync if the source is sync. One aspect that it cannot control by itself, is an optional extra delay from certain external audio systems/speakers.
What is your audio setup? Do you use your TV’s built-in speakers, or something else?
Is this for your own local files (Home Sharing, Plex, etc.), or for online streaming services, or both?
Thanks for the reply. The AppleTV is connected to a Sony AVR and the video signal is being fed to a Samsung TV. The audio delay is there for both local files and streaming services like Netflix, Disney, etc. I should mention that I don't have this issue connecting other devices to this setup, such as Google Chromecast, Amazon Fire TV Stick.
