Yahoo emails keep reappearing after deletion in Apple Mail

I have yahoo email viewed through apple mail How do I erase emails permanently. Everytime I try, they keep coming back

I have many emails, using my apple mail, I deletea hundred emails, the next day the reappear. My email provider is Yahoo
