Mobile device stuck on downloading recent update.

Today, I thought I would update my mobile device just like the good old days by plugging it in using a chord. The mobile device is now stuck and frozen, waiting for it to be included in the cloud. My time here online is limited as I do not believe in unlimited.

I do like how the tags below have already given me a choice but where is the line where we ask, "Doesn't this seem a little creepy?"

My goal is just to see things working as they're intended. Will this update reach all the mobile devices as it in intended? Only time will tell.
