iCloud Drive Settings Shows "1 App Syncing" But No App Listed — iPhone 13

Hi, I have an iPhone 13 running the latest iOS, and under iCloud Drive settings it says "1 app syncing to iCloud Drive," but when I tap into it, there's no app listed at all — just the description text. I've turned off all iCloud Drive toggles for apps, emptied iCloud Drive in Files, signed out and back into iCloud, and even compared it to another iPhone 13 on the same iOS version, which correctly shows 0 when nothing is syncing.

Still, mine always shows 1. Could this be a bug or some leftover metadata? Any ideas how to fix it without erasing the device?
