Every few days my messages with only one contact are disappearing. My phone Is also turning off the location sharing with the same person at the same time.

Stop sharing an Apple account. You each need your own.
So long as you share an ID, you are one person. Any changes made on one device will be reflected on ALL devices signed into that account.

It is not possible for one person to make changes on someone else's device, such as deleting messages or changing location sharing settings. You must be logged into the same Apple account for that to happen.
I’m not making changes on his phone. Neither one of us are. Just every so often, his settings change and he’s no longer sharing his location with me. It gets turned off. Usually about the same time, ALL of the text messages between us are deleted from his phone. They are still on mine.
Trying to troubleshoot a problem through a 3rd party is rarely effective. This should be clear from the fact that you were unable to accurately answer the very first question you were asked.
