Has anyone successfully been able to contact Apple to use the interest rate reduction afforded through the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA)? For past deployments I was able to mail, or email, a letter and provide a copy of my orders but I did not have an Apple Card at that time. I can’t find any contact info to talk or email to someone to get the process started.
