SheerID not accepting my student verification for Apple Music Student subscription
I recently purchased an individual subscription for Apple Music but I wanted to try applying for the student discount as I am currently an enrolled student at a university. I tried applying, which led me to SheerID. SheerID asked for my school email but our university doesn't use school emails to log in on our portal/website but instead uses our students numbers and password. Seeing that SheerID doesn't have that option, I went back and tried researching on alternative methods to verify.
I tried going back to the verification part but I was greeted with this screen instead.
Take note: I do not have any other Apple accounts besides this one that I currently use. My Apple device never had any other accounts logged into it besides mine when I purchased the subscription.
Is there a fix for this? How? Or, better, who do I contact regarding this matter?
