When will the Apple Card/Pay works in our region (brunei)?
how to apply apple card in our region, seems like still not support. or to add wallet of our bank card also not support, when will it be working in our region?

When it's allowed by the Government, Banks and regulations in Brunei. Banking Regulations in Brunei have specific requirements that Apple Pay cannot offer, like maintaining the payment data in-country for example.
Apple Pay is similarly not available in several other countries for similar reasons.
While cards from foreign banks that do support Apple Pay can work, local Banks will not verify their cards for Apple Pay.
Apple is not restricting Apple Pay in Brunei, it's simply not allowed to make it available yet.
Contact your government and request they allow it.
