How to remove accidental slow motion from an iMovie clip?

Sadly if I could tell you what I have done, I would probably fixed it, but I have no idea

Right now my main concern is to recove the video to a normal ratio.

Hi,

Contorl-click on the video dlip in the timeline. In the pop up menu that appears, click on Show Speed Editor. That will cause a speed adjustment handle to appear in the upper right hand corner of the clip. Slide the handle to the left to speed up the clip. Slide the handle to the right to slow it down.
