I am unable to pair my new Bose remote for the ultra soundbar with my Apple TV. I have tried every troubleshooting option and still the Apple TV does not appear to be picking up the IR signal from the remote. I have confirmed the remote does work and has full batteries and my other IR remotes pair fine with Apple TV. Any suggestions?

The Bose remote will not have the functionality (i.e. enough buttons with the wanted functionality) to replace the Apple TV Remote. So why would you want to pair that remote?
It may be more useful to do the reverse: use your Siri Remote for some basic operation (volume up, volume down, mute) of the Bose soundbar.
You are totally right! I worded that horribly. Yes. I am trying to use my Apple TV Remote to control the soundbar but when I try to go through the pairing process, the Apple TV is not reading the Bose remote.
