Cannot turn off Find My iPhone — says it will be removed only on August 28

Hello! I’m trying to remove my device from Find My iPhone, but I keep getting a message that it will only be removed on August 28.

The iPhone is broken and won’t turn on, so I cannot disable Find My iPhone directly on the device.

I already clicked “Erase iPhone” and then “Remove from Account” via iCloud.com, but it still says the removal will happen on August 28.

Is there any way to speed this up so I can send the phone to service before that date?
