Mail signatures will not work.

I recently migrated my files from Mac Desktop to Mac Mini (2024, M4, Sequoia 15). After the migration, 2 of my 3 signatures in Mail worked.

I then upgraded to Sequoia 15.5. Now, no signatures work, even though I can see them in mail/settings/signatures.

How do I fix this problem?
