Can't log into icloud app on windows 11 laptop

When I try to log into icloud app on my windows laptop I get to the verification stage input the code from my phone and it goes back to the continue to log in page asking for my password again.

The photos havent syned with my laptop since the end of last year

How do I fox this?

Its the right ID and password, I just used it to log onto here
