Unable to delete imported photos on my iPhone

Hi, in my iphone i have some photos that were imported from an old huawei cellphone, now that i want to delete all the photos that was imported, i can't; when i select the photos i cannot even clik on the bin button, and i cannot delete them in any other way.

I have already disabled the synchronization with icloud, but still i can't do anything about them. The photos were imported from an old friend of mine and i don't know how he passed the files from the old cellphone to the new one. Anybody got some advice?

Thank you in advance for your help

I have already disabled the synchronization with icloud,

It's "synchronization with iCloud" that will do it. Those pictures aren't really "owned" by Photos; Photos just shows them as a courtesy. If you turn on iCloud, the first thing that happens is you get a warning that these pictures will be erased. Since that's what you want, turning on iCloud Photos is a good way to go. It deletes them first, so you can quickly disconnect iCloud before any major transfers occur.
