Apple Watch Ultra 2 update requires Wi-Fi

Hello, i hope in the future update it will be possible to update ultra watch not just through wifi, but through mobile as well. I have unlimited mobile connection, but no wifi, so the watch would not update, I cant sit in public places for hours, and there is no sense in doing it because the update would start over again if interupted several times. As a result the 900 euro watch is disconnected from iphone for about jalf a year and basically it is useless at this point.
