My parents gave me a screen time passcode a few years ago and I forgot the passcode for it and they forgot the email to reset it is there anyway you could help I’ve been trying to do this for a couple years now and I don’t have any ways to do it

Obtain the Apple Account (eMail Address):
Contact Apple Support:
Obtain the Serial Number. Give Apple Support a call, and provide them with the Serial Number. Ask them which Apple Account the phone is stored under. The eMail Address of the Apple Account may have changed since. As for how to contact Apple Support, chose your country here: Contact Apple Support - Apple Support
That's the first time I have seen mention of Apple using a serial number to provide the Apple ID signed into a device. I would feel more confident in the information if it was verified with documentation.
