Apple Teacher Certification availability for non-listed countries

Hello, I would like to ask about the Apple Teacher Certification. I read that anyone can get this certification for free. I am a student and any IT certification is always good. But I ran into a problem that my Apple account is from the Czech Republic, and therefore I cannot get the certification because my country is not on the list. The question is whether they will add other countries in the near future, or if there is no other way to get the certificate. Thank you in advance for all the answers.
