My Apple TV 4K won't connect to Wi-Fi

A month or two ago our Apple TV 4K has stopped connecting to WiFi and there is no way to connect to it. I lost my Apple TV remote so I can’t open the menu and I can’t find the remote with my phone either because of the WiFi issue

You will need a functional physical remote to change the network settings on Apple TV, if it isn’t connected to your network at this time (or use ethernet permanently). If you can’t borrow a remote temporarily, then you should consider buying a replacement remote.

The iPhone can find the Siri Remote (2nd generation or later) using bluetooth, if it is somewhat nearby and has a little battery charge left. If you lost your Apple TV remote - Apple Support
