Missing Apple Music library after switching from Samsung to iPhone

Why did I pay for Apple Music for the last eight years and now my whole entire library has disappeared since I changed from Samsung to iPhone? I’ve never had this problem as I’ve had multiple different phones and I’ve always had my library. I’ve contacted Apple support but they did not want to help me and basically blamed me as a little customer. I’m annoyed and will not be using this again.
