Original Title: White up arrow in a purple circle in the middle of MacBook Pro. What is it and how to get rid of it. Oh, and WHY is it there?

iPhone 15 Plus, iOS 18

That looks like the Caps lock symbol in your chosen color..

Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.
