Dead pixels on my MacBook M1 2020 screen under warranty

I just recently bought this brandnew macbook m1 2020, however, i just recently noticed that my screen has three small dead pixels. I just used this for 3 months already. and also it has a warranty still, is these dead pixels covered still with the warranty? and do these dead pixels spread and worsen immediately?
