Is it possible to delete Awards out of the Apple Fitness app

I have an Apple Watch Series 10 and an iPhone 16 Pro Max and use the Apple Fitness app to track work outs.

When I use the treadmill at the gym I sometimes have an issue connecting my Apple Watch to the treadmill via the Apple HealthKit connection but usually restarting the watch easily resolves the issue.

Unfortunately, during my last visit the watch connected fine, but then after about 10 minutes it disconnected and the workout disappeared off my watch so I had to reconnect it to the treadmill.

However, something has gone wrong and the watch has added the workout that disappeared into the workout when I reconnected so rather than it picking up I did a 5km run it shows I did a 7km run but the duration had recorded correctly.

This now means that I’ve been awarded a ‘fastest 5km’ medal as the app seems to think I ran 5km in just under 13 minutes!? I’ve tried deleting the work out from the app but the award and personal best time still shows the incorrect information.

Is there away to delete the award as I actually do like to keep track of my run times and track my improvement but unless I morph into Captain America over night there is no was I’m going to beat 13 minutes for a 5km run 🤣
