Lexmark MS811DN pauses on MacBook due to unknown causes

I have a MacBook Air running on 14.7.6 (23H626), I have a Lexmark MS811DN. everything used to be okay, however not used the printer in a while and when I try to print the printer queue says printing then almost instantly says 'Lexmark MS811 - Paused'

I click on the play button and it retries and says paused again, if I delete the job and click the play it says Idle and gives green light. I have reset the printer to factory default, I have also removed the printer from my MacBook and then added as a new printer. however, the same issue keep occurring. It is not the printer as I have the Lexmark app on my android phone and can print fine from it, I can also print from my MS Windows PC without problems. I have done iOS updates and there are no app updates.

So am a bit stuck as to why the Mac has the issue and nothing else.
