How to resolve FaceTime call quality issues on iPhone?

Myfriend called me via FaceTime and it would cut out or her voice would disappear. I hung up and called her but the problem didn’t stop.

Anyone know how to fix this in future?

Have you been connected via cellular or Wi-Fi network?

A fast and stable network connection is key for using FaceTime.

The problem can also be at the other end, and not your Wi-Fi. Or are you having these issues with all other FaceTime participants as well?

Yes, I use my wifi network (Spectrum), not cellular.
