I want to connect my iPhone via bluetooth to my car

I disconnected my phone to my car I “forgot” the device and now I can’t reconnect it. I’ve done everything, turned it on & off, reset network settings, reset all settings, deleted my phone off the cars Bluetooth system. They can’t find each other now. The car can easily connect to everyone else’s phone except mine now and my phone can connect to other things but not my car. It’s so frustrating. Does it have anything to do with the most recent update?
