Apple Watch Series 10: Wrist Temperature does not work

Hi - I love my new apple watch but the wrist temperature feature does not work at all :( I've contacted apple support and someone who called me actually claimed series 10 doesn't take wrist temperature! crazy. I've done a reset, repaired my watch to phone, deleted and added sleep mode again..

Does anyone here have ideas on how to fix this?? Apple support is clearly useless

Well clearly the person you spoke to was less informed, it's a feature on Series 8 and later including your series 10.

If you have made sure the feature is not turned off.

I would advice to try apple again.

You could always have the article ready in case you meet someone who says it's not supported.

If the advisor still says it's not supported I would advice to ask to speak to a senior support advisor.

The good news is that your watch should still be within warranty, so I would advice to first talk to apple and see if they can rule out software issues, and if not set up service.
