Any one purchaed an Apple 4K TV box in the USA and brought back to the Uk

Hi I am

travelling to Florida USA this weekend. Whilst there I’m intending to purchase

an Apple 128 GB 4K TV box. I’m aware that other than the power supply needing

to be addressed upon returns to the UK I should have no other difficulties

using the device.

My question

to you today is relating to the 3 months apple TV offer that accompanies the

purchase. Will this still be valid to me once back in the UK.

it's tech specs say

"Electrical and Environmental Requirements

Line voltage: 100V to 240V AC

Frequency: 50Hz to 60Hz"

so it should only be a case of a plug adaptor

but would be silly to get an adaptor as the box use an indistrual std. called c7 cable

so you can just purchase a cable in a supermarket or av store in uk to replace the usa one

c7 power cable - Google-søgning

about if you get to keep your purchases is more difficult to say really

as far as I know then you would only be able to purchase any media in usa with a usa creditcard and usa address attached to your apple account, and likely the same in uk, but if the purchased usa material is also avaliable in uk then maybe it would be no biggy

if you wish you can try to get verification from their official support channels
