How can I access my saved passwords from iCloud website?

My iPad got broken, and I have a dentist appointment upcoming. In order to log in and get my appointment information, I need to access the saved password to clinic website from iCloud Passwords. I have no other working Apple devices (only a couple of iPhones broken by the same software bug), but I can complete 2FA via SMS. I'm unable to find my saved passwords in iCloud website.

I see you have no access to any apple devices, but do you have access to a windows computer?

With iCloud for windows you can see your passwords. given that you are able to authorize the keychain without access to any of your old devices, if you remember your passcodes it should be possible

The only options I see is then either to borrow either an Apple device or a windows computer.

Or for a short term solution, either try to reset the password at the clinic, or call the clinic.

Apple does not provide an iCloud client for linux, and does not have passwords available from a webpage.

I guess you could technically get a VM running windows if you want to get creative, but that would probably be more work than just calling the clinic.
