Deleting “All iPhone”:

They’re probably no more than contacts stored on your iPhone. So, if you were to delete it, a those contacts would be lost, if not saved to another account.

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: Apps
3. Tap: Contacts
4. Tap: Contacts Accounts
5. Tap: All iPhone
6. Tap: Delete Account
7. Tap: Delete from my iPhone (to confirm)
