How can I access email inbox on Apple Mail?

I've been trying to get this email to work for the past month and haven't gotten it. An email with its own domain. I clicked other and have been trying to add it onto my mail app as an account for god knows how long. It's linked to my Apple id, and majority of the games I play, but to log back in, I need a code which is sent to that emails inbox.. which is why I need to get into that account. I have tried over 30 times...

It is not entirely clear to me what the problem is. In what way is that email account "linked" to your Apple Account?

Are you unable to add that email account to Mail?

Add email accounts in Mail on Mac - Apple Support

Using that Mail account, can you send email messages to yourself?

Sending a code via email for the purpose of receiving emails makes little sense to me. Perhaps whatever games you are playing require an app-specific password to work with the Mail app?

"Some apps made by developers other than Apple ask you to sign in to your Apple Account, so that the app can access information like mail, contacts, and calendars that you store in iCloud."

Read Sign in to apps with your Apple Account using app-specific passwords - Apple Support for details.
