To Remove an iPhone from MDM (Mobile Device Management):

Perform the following. If removing it is not seen, then you'll have to go through Organization that set up this iPhone.

Go to: Settings
Tap: General
Tap: Device Management
Select: this MDM profile
Tap: Remove Management
