I’m on the latest iOS I’ve done as much research as I can but at this point I’m at a loss. It’s like my phone got cloned or someone has gotten in my apple account. I’ve changed passwords and shut down web access for iCloud but I’m still not being able to get missing files from system apps.

It's difficult to read the long and not misinterpret what it's saying.

What is the issue that you're experiencing?
When I looked at my analytics it says my apple App Store is third party but it shouldn’t be.
There is nothing in analytics that a user can decipher without Apple{s internal tools. What is the issue that you’re experiencing?
