I have received an email for apple using another name not my name

You can verify and / or correct the name associated with your Apple Account here:

https://account.apple.com/account/manage/section/information

If your name is shown correctly on that page, then the email you received was probably not from Apple, so consider it an attempt to defraud you. Delete the email message with extreme prejudice.
