keyboard input are wrong and causing bugs to trackpad

Check your battery for swelling. Symptoms:

— Unexpected trackpad and/or keyboard behavior.

— The gap between the display and the deck is not even when the display is closed.

— The gap between the bottom plate and chassis is uneven in places.

— Some of the screws that hold the bottom plate have popped out.

— The trackpad surface is higher than the surrounding deck surface.

— The computer "rocks" a bit on a known flat surface†.

† I find solid-surface and granite countertops very effective flat test surfaces.

Parece que seu MacBook tá com problema no teclado interno, algo provavelmente físico. O fato do trackpad agir estranho quando você pressiona uma tecla indica conflito de hardware.

Como teclado e mouse externos funcionam normal e reinstalar o macOS não resolveu, o ideal é entrar em contato com o suporte da Apple ou levar numa assistência autorizada rápido, ainda mais que a garantia vence hoje.

Enquanto isso, use teclado e mouse externos e faça backup dos seus dados pra evitar perda.

That is usually a good indication that the internal one is damaged. Software settings problems normally affect both internal and external keyboards

Change language(?)

System Settings>Language & Region>change language to here> and select to make it Primary.

Change the region to reflect the location and reboot.

if your internal keyboard has failed— plug in an external keyboard and compare your results.

I will say the user Diagnostic is not definitive by any means, but may kick out an error code.

Apple’s backbench diagnostic —

AST2 (Apple Service Toolkit) is certainly more comprehensive than the consumer Diagnostic.

Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.

If no insight take it in as posted above.

If there’s no hardware problem then the only option I can recommend to consider is a complete erase and reinstall of macOS.

The user Diagnostic is not as definitive as Apples own backbench diagnostic — AST2 (Apple Service Toolkit) is certainly more comprehensive than the consumer hardware test.
