I have Cancelled free trial subscription of acrobat but still charged with 2599/- yesterday.
I didn't intend to renew this subscription.
Even after installation the only option coming for free trial is for annual subscription. Need urgent help on this regarding refund but dont know whom to contact . There is no proper support page for it

If you cancelled the trial les than 24 hours before it was sent to renew, Apple advises it Amy still renew and charge you.
If it has been successfully cancelled, you can contact Apple Support for a refund.

I believe that free trials are often set up with auto-renewal provisions – meaning that you must take action near the end of the trial if you do not want to be a paid subscriber.

"If you signed up for a free or discounted trial subscription and you don't want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends."
