I can't use fingerprint or Face ID for messaging app on CarPlay

Regarding putting messaging app on Apple CarPlay, you cannot have fingerprint ID set up on messaging app either as well as Face ID

Your question doesn't make a lot of sense. What messaging app? And Apple CarPlay doesn't use face or touch ID on your car system. In order to help you, we need much more information about what you're trying to do.
