There's any 9:16 ratio auto select macro in my Photo database?

I've wanted that, too. Unfortunately, what I had to do was go through the Library and look for pictures that were thinner vertically. I used keyword shortcuts to mark the pictures. As you've found, there is no Aspect Ratio choice in Smart Albums.
