How to increase font size and printing size in Apple Mail

Open Mail and click "Mail." Choose "Settings" then choose "Fonts and Colors." Click each of the 3 "select" buttons and choose a larger font and typeface you want.

This simple fix worked great for me and I hope it does for you as well.
