adding my iTunes library to my new iPhone with Music app.

Given that iTunes is not supported on my newish iPhone (iPhone 12 mini), can I put the iTunes library on my Windows PC onto a flash drive and plug it into my phone with the proper adapters and suck the music in that way? Is there an easier/more direct way?
