Bluetooth does not work on apple watch series 6

The Bluetooth on my Apple watch series 6 only works in close proximity to the iphone (10-30 cm). reboot, reset, nothing helps

Apple Watch Series 6, watchOS 11

Can you connect other Bluetooth devices to your watch, for example AirPods?
